Abandoned Greenhouse Engagement Session in Austin, TX

Krista + Ethan met in college & have been together for 7 years now. During the time the’ve been together they’ve traveled ALLLL over the world! Their thing is, doing one big trip each year. Ethan kept up with this tradition when he proposed to Krista! When traveling to Colombia – they stayed on a super remote island off the coast! They went on a hike together to the highest point of a mountain and that’s when it happened – Ethan proposed right then and there, just them two, on the top of a mountain on the remote coast of Nicaragua!! What a freakinnnn DREAM!

The two of them invited me into their home to start their engagement session! They told me they had a cat so of courseee the kitty had to be in some of the photos! After that, they hopped on their scooter for some photos too. How cute is that? Finally, we ventured to an abandoned greenhouse in the middle of Austin, TX!!!

I am forever thankful for these two & their friendship…for flying me out to Austin, TX to take their engagement photos at an abandoned greenhouse, inviting me into their home, wandering around the city with me, giving me all the best recs for food and literally just for trusting me/choosing me to be their photographer. UGH. Feeling all the feels! Their wedding is in Joshua Tree later this year during a full moon. A moonlight desert wedding? Basically my dream come true! See ya in Joshua Tree in September Krista + Ethan!!!!
